Please join us for the inaugural 2013 Potomac Vintage Riders (PVR) Parts and Motorcycle Auction scheduled for January 19th and 20th, 2013. The auction will be held in conjunction with the Potomac Vintage Riders Swap Meet. The Potomac Vintage Riders are excited to partner with Steve Dance Auctions to bring this exciting new feature to the already impressive swap meet.
There are two ways to sell your motorcycle: unreserved or reserved. An unreserved motorcycle sells to the highest bidder. A 10% commission of the selling price is charged, with no consignment fee. On a reserved motorcycle you set the minimum selling price (you do have the right to change your mind on the floor and accept the highest bid). A 10% commission of the selling price is charged, and the consignment fee is $100. You may pre-register your bike now by completed the enclosed auction consignment form and pay the consignment fee when you arrive at the event. We reserve the right to refuse consignments with unreasonable reserves or motorcycles deemed not suitable for the auction.

Though we are still two weeks away, the auctioneer, Steve Dance, has already posted a list of some of the bikes and parts consigned for PVR/York swap meet auction on Jan. 19 and 20. Most of the early stuff is from Jerry Casciero’s estate. No doubt the list will grow significantly in the next two weeks.
You can find the full list of items that will be available for auction here.
